What is ProWallet and how does it work?

  • ProWallet is a financial technology company that offers banking services through a mobile app. It provides features such as Instant Payment, Contractor and Laborer Contacts, Invoicing Send/Receive, Lien Waiver Tracking and a ProWallet MasterCard® Debit Card, (Virtual Debit Card for Wallet).

How do I open a ProWallet account?

  • Anyone can open a ProWallet account by downloading the ProWallet app and completing the sign-up process, which includes providing your personal information and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

What are the fees associated with a ProWallet account?

  • ProWallet accounts have no monthly fees, no minimum balance requirements, and no overdraft fees. Additionally, there are no fees for using over 60,000+ in-network ATMs from WalMart, Wagreens, RiteAid and CVS Pharmacy nationwide.

How do I deposit money into my ProWallet account?

  • ProWallet allows you to deposit money into your ProWallet account through direct deposit, mobile check deposit, bank transfers, or cash deposits at participating retailers.

What should I do if my ProWallet Debit card is lost or stolen?

  • In the unfortunate case your ProWallet card is lost or stolen, you should immediately disable it through the ProWallet app and report it. ProWallet will send a replacement card at no additional cost.

Can I send money to other ProWallet members?

  • Yes, sending (and receiving money) from others is as simple as adding them to your contacts, select Pay Now, and then amount, then send. This allows you to send money instantly to other Chime members.

Is my money safe with ProWallet?

  • Your ProWallet accounts are FDIC insured up to $250,000. ProWallet also uses the very latest in encryption and security measures to protect your account.

Can I use my ProWallet Debit Card for everyday purchases?

  • Absolutely, you can use your ProWallet Debit Card anywhere Mastercard is accepted, both online and in-store. We will be offering reward points soon.
